What We Haul

WHAT WE HAUL,
AND HOW WE PRICE IT.

Junk removal, property cleanouts, construction debris and curbside pickup, all over Wichita and the towns around it. Four services, one truck-space price list, and a number you see before we load.

Upfront Pricing

ONE RULE ON EVERY JOB.

Your price is confirmed before we load a single item. No fuel fees, no surprise add-ons. Text a photo of the pile and get a real number back. If the pile matches the photo, the price matches the text. If it doesn’t, you hear the new number before we touch anything, not after. If the number changes at the door and you say no, we leave and you owe nothing. No charge for the trip out, no deposit, nothing owed.

Junk Removal

THE COUCH, THE FRIDGE, THE PILE BEHIND THE SHED.

This is the everyday work. Junk removal in Wichita for anyone with a thing, or a pile of things, that needs to leave: furniture removal, appliance removal, mattress disposal, the treadmill that turned into a coat rack. We come in, carry it out, load it and sweep the spot it sat on.

Refrigerators, freezers and window AC units are welcome. Federal rules require the refrigerant to be recovered before a unit is scrapped, so those go through certified recycling instead of the dump. Same-day junk removal is often doable when you text early and the schedule has room.

How we price it: by the space it takes on the truck. A single item runs from $75, a quarter truckload from $129. Mattresses, refrigerant appliances and TVs carry a per-item fee at local drop-off sites, so we fold that into your quote up front instead of adding it in the driveway.

WHAT GOES ON THE TRUCK

  • Couches, sectionals and recliners
  • Mattresses and box springsLocal drop-off sites charge per piece. It is in your number, not a surprise.
  • Refrigerators, freezers and window AC unitsRefrigerant recovered by a certified recycler before scrapping.
  • Washers, dryers, stoves, dishwashers and water heatersHave gas and water lines disconnected before we arrive; we don’t do plumbing or gas work.
  • TVs, computers, printers and other electronics
  • Desks, dressers, tables and bookshelves
  • Treadmills, ellipticals and exercise equipment
  • Hot tubs and spasHot tub removal usually means cutting it up on site. Photos help.
  • Grills, patio furniture, playsets and swing sets
  • Carpet, rugs and pads
  • Pianos and safesQuoted from a photo. Stairs matter.
  • Scrap metal, bikes, mowers and lawn equipment
Property Cleanouts

START TO FINISH,
BROOM-SWEPT.

A property cleanout is a whole space, not a single item. An estate cleanout after a loss in the family. A rental the tenant walked away from. A garage cleanout that has been on the list for three summers. A storage unit you are tired of paying for. You point at what stays. Everything else leaves.

We sort as we load. Usable furniture, tools and household goods get set aside for donation, metal goes to recycling, the rest goes to disposal, and the floor gets swept before the truck door closes. Landlords and property managers get the same locked price and a unit that is ready to photograph.

How we price it: by truckload, after a walk-through or a set of photos. A half truckload runs from $229, a full load from $399. Bigger cleanouts get one written number for the whole job before anything moves, and the donation runs are part of it, not an extra line.

WHAT WE CLEAR OUT

  • Estate cleanoutsAt the family’s pace. Anything you flag stays put.
  • Rental and apartment turnovers
  • Garage, basement and attic cleanouts
  • Storage unit cleanoutsBring the key. We bring the truck.
  • Hoarding and heavy-accumulation cleanoutsNo judgment. A plan, a price, a clean room.
  • Foreclosure and pre-sale cleanouts
  • Office and small commercial cleanouts
  • Sheds, barns and outbuildings (emptied, or torn down and hauled; say which)
  • Move-out leftoversThe stuff the movers would not take.
  • Bagged trash and loose debris left behind
Construction Debris

CLEAR THE SITE.
KEEP THE CREW WORKING.

Construction debris removal for remodels, roof tear-offs, deck rebuilds and the DIY project that outgrew the pickup. We load from wherever the pile is, driveway, backyard or a second-floor tear-out, and leave the site swept so the next trade can walk in.

Heavy material is the one place truck-space pricing does not work. Concrete, dirt, brick, shingles and tile are quoted by weight up front. Keep clean concrete and brick separate from the mixed pile: clean loads cost less to dispose of locally than mixed ones, and that difference shows up in your number.

How we price it: light debris by the truckload, from $129 for a quarter load. Heavy material by weight, quoted before we load. Contractors, text the address and a photo of the pile and we will send a number you can put in your estimate.

WHAT WE HAUL OFF THE SITE

  • Lumber, trim, pallets and scrap wood
  • Drywall, plaster and lath
  • Roofing shingles and tear-off debrisQuoted by weight.
  • Concrete, brick, block and paversQuoted by weight. Clean loads cost less.
  • Tile, flooring, carpet and underlayment
  • Cabinets, countertops and vanities
  • Doors, windows and old fixtures
  • Fencing, decking and railing
  • Siding, gutters and scrap metal
  • Tubs, toilets and sinks
  • Dirt, sod and fill in small quantitiesQuoted by weight.
  • Post-construction cleanup and bagged jobsite trash
Curbside Pickup

STACK IT AT THE CURB.
TEXT US A PHOTO.

Curbside pickup is the cheapest way to use us. You carry it to the curb, driveway or alley, text a photo, and we grab it on the route. No arrival window to wait around for, and you do not have to be home.

It fills a real gap. The City of Wichita does not run a bulky-item pickup, and city code only gives you a short window once bulky waste is set outside before it becomes a code problem. Sedgwick County residents with a truck and a free Saturday can get a bulky-waste voucher for the transfer station. Curbside pickup is for everyone who does not.

How we price it: the same truck-space tiers, single item from $75. With no stairs, no carry time and no waiting on a doorbell, a curbside pile usually lands at the low end of its tier. Text the photo, get the number, leave it out.

WHAT WE GRAB FROM THE CURB

  • Furniture set out for pickup
  • Mattresses and box springs
  • Appliances, refrigerant units included
  • Bagged trash, leaves and yard waste
  • Brush, limbs and storm debrisCut to three or four feet and stacked, it loads faster and prices lower.
  • Moving boxes and packing leftovers
  • Old fence panels and loose lumber
  • TVs and electronics
  • Grills, bikes, mowers and scrap metal
  • Carpet rolls and pads
  • Christmas trees and holiday leftovers
Straight Talk

WHAT WE CAN’T TAKE.

Some things cannot legally ride on a junk truck, and some things we will not put in a landfill. We would rather tell you here than in your driveway.

  • Hazardous waste: liquid paint and stain, chemicals, solvents, pesticides and herbicidesDried-out latex cans are fine.
  • Asbestos, and anything you suspect contains it
  • Medical waste and sharps
  • Fuel, motor oil, propane tanks and other pressurized cylinders
  • Fluorescent tubes in bulk
  • Ammunition, fireworks and explosives
  • Anything actively leaking

Tires: We take up to four passenger tires per job. Bigger stacks we can’t legally move without a state permit; Brooks Landfill and the Waste Connections transfer stations take them for a per-tire fee.

YES TO THE FRIDGE.

Refrigerators, freezers and window AC units are accepted. The refrigerant is recovered by a certified recycler before the unit is scrapped, as federal rules require, and the handling fee is in your quote, not on top of it.

WHERE THE HAZARDOUS STUFF GOES.

Sedgwick County residents can drop leftover paint, chemicals, batteries, used oil, fluorescent bulbs and propane at the county’s Household Hazardous Waste Facility, 801 Stillwell in Wichita, at no cost. Clear that out first and we will take everything else.
