Prices are “from” prices for the Wichita area with normal access. Stairs, long carries, and disassembly can add; curbside pickup saves. Before any stairs, long-carry, or disassembly line, one item or ten never costs more than the truckload tier it fits in. We do the math before we text the number.

Upfront pricing only works if you know what it’s based on. Here’s what changes the number, and what brings it down.
VOLUME
How much of the truck it fills. This is the big one, and it’s why most loads price by the truck fraction above.
WEIGHT
Dense loads cost more to dump, because local landfills charge by the ton. Concrete, dirt, brick, shingles, and tile are quoted by weight up front.
STAIRS AND CARRY DISTANCE
A third-floor walk-up, a long back yard, a basement with one narrow door. Curbside and garage-door pickups are the cheapest way to go.
DISASSEMBLY
Hot tubs, swing sets, sheds, big exercise equipment. They take tools and time. We price the labor in, and you see it as its own line.
DUMP FEES ON SPECIAL ITEMS
Fridges, freezers, AC units, mattresses, TVs, tires. Each carries a per-item fee where we take it, and each shows up in your price before you approve.
WHAT BRINGS IT DOWN
Stack it at the curb. Keep clean concrete and brick separate from mixed debris. Set donate-able furniture aside. All three cut our costs, and yours.
WHAT NEVER MOVES THE PRICE
Fuel. A charge for the quote. The mood of the crew. Once you’ve walked it with us at the door and said yes, the number only goes one way: down.

How much does junk removal cost in Wichita?
With Hall Hauling Co., a single item starts at $75, a quarter truckload at $129, a half truckload at $229, and a full truckload at $399. Most cleanouts land between the quarter and half tiers. Can you price it from a photo, or do you need to come out?
A photo is enough for most jobs. Send a picture of the pile with your zip code and we text back a firm price, usually within the hour during business hours. If the photo leaves a question, we say so and confirm in person before anything gets loaded. Either way, the quote costs nothing.
What is included in the price?
Everything: the crew, the loading, the hauling, the disposal and recycling fees, and the sweep-up before we leave. There are no fuel fees and no surprise add-ons. If the pile matches the photo, the number we text is the number you pay. Nothing gets added on the invoice.
Why do fridges, mattresses, and TVs cost a little more?
Because the places we take them charge per item. Federal rules require the refrigerant to be recovered from a fridge, freezer, or AC unit before it is scrapped, and local facilities charge a per-unit fee for that. Mattresses, box springs, and TVs carry per-item disposal or recycling fees too, and Kansas law keeps whole tires out of landfills. We build those fees into your price and show them to you before you say yes. Nothing gets added later.
How do you price concrete, dirt, brick, and shingles?
By weight, up front. Heavy material fills a truck by the pound long before it fills it by the pile, and local landfills charge by the ton, so a truck-fraction price does not work. We look at the photo, size up the job, and text you a firm number before we load. Keeping clean concrete and brick separate from mixed debris keeps your disposal cost down, and we pass that along.
