Hall Hauling Co. is a family-owned junk removal company in Wichita, Kansas. This page explains what this website collects, what we do with it, and what we don’t do with it. No legalese. If something here is unclear, email us and a Hall will answer.

WHAT WE COLLECT

Almost everything we know about you, you typed in yourself. Here is the list.

The quote form

The form also carries two hidden fields: a spam trap that real people never see, and a timer that records how many seconds you spent on the form. Neither one is about you. They exist to keep bots out of our inbox.

The homepage price bar

The zip and “what needs to go” boxes on the homepage don’t send anything to us on their own. On a phone, they open your texting app with a message drafted for you, and nothing goes out until you hit send. On a desktop, they carry those two answers over to the booking page in the web address and fill them in for you. Either way, we don’t see it until you send it.

Texts, calls, and email

If you text us a photo, call, or email us directly, we get whatever you send plus your number or email address. The same rules on this page apply to all of it.

WHY WE COLLECT IT

Two reasons: to quote your job and to schedule it. That is the entire list.

• Photos and details let us give you a firm number before the truck rolls. The whole “price confirmed before we load a single item” promise depends on seeing the pile.
• Zip code tells us whether you’re in the service area and how far the trip is.
• Phone number is how you get the price, the arrival window, and a heads-up when the truck is on the way.
• Email, if you gave one, is where a written copy of the price or a receipt goes.

We don’t build profiles, score leads, or figure out what else to sell you. We have one thing to sell you, and it’s a truck showing up when we said it would.

WHERE IT LIVES

The quote form runs on our website hosting provider’s form service. When you hit Get My Price, your answers and any photos are stored there and forwarded to our business email so we can reply. From there, your information lives in our email, in the text thread on our phone, and on our job calendar. The same places any small business keeps a customer’s details.

We keep job details as long as we need them for scheduling, receipts, and taxes, and for the occasional “what did you haul off last spring?” question. Ask us to delete what we have and we will, unless we’re required to keep a record of a completed transaction.

Like nearly every web host, ours may keep standard server logs (things like your IP address, browser type, and which pages loaded) to run and secure the site. We don’t use those logs to identify you.

TEXT MESSAGES

Most of our business happens over text, so here is exactly how that works.

• You opt in by checking the box on the quote form, or by texting us first.
• We text about your job: the price, the schedule, a heads-up when the truck is on the way, and a receipt if you want one.
• We don’t send marketing texts, promo blasts, or “we miss you” messages.
• Reply STOP at any time and we stop. Telling us in plain words works too.
• Standard message and data rates from your carrier may apply.
• We never sell or hand off your number for anyone else’s texting.

WHAT WE DON’T DO

• Sell your information. Not to anyone, not for anything.
• Rent it, trade it, or “share it with partners.”
• Run ad-tracking pixels, retargeting, or analytics scripts on this site.
• Post photos of your property without asking you first.
• Text or call you about anything other than your job.

Your information leaves our hands in exactly two situations: when it’s needed to do the job you asked for (the crew driving the truck needs your address), or when the law requires it.

COOKIES AND YOUR DEVICE

We don’t set cookies. No tracking cookies, no consent banner, because there is nothing to consent to. Two things do touch your browser, and you should know about both.

• Fonts. The typefaces on this site load from Google Fonts. When a page opens, your browser requests the font files from Google’s servers, and Google sees the standard request information, like your IP address. Google’s privacy policy covers that request. It is the only outside service on this site.
• The app-install feature. This site can be saved to your home screen like an app. To make that work, your browser keeps a small copy of a few site files (the homepage, the stylesheet, the script, an icon, and any pages you open here) on your device so the site opens faster and works on a weak signal. It does this on any visit over a secure connection, whether or not you tap Get the App. That copy holds site files, not your information. Delete the app or clear this site’s data in your browser and it’s gone.

PHOTOS

Photos you send us usually show the inside of your garage, basement, or home. We use them for one thing: pricing and planning the haul. We don’t post them, share them, or use them in marketing without asking you first. Once the job is closed out we don’t need them, and we delete them on request.

YOUR CHOICES

• Ask us what we have on you. We’ll tell you.
• Ask us to correct it or delete it. We will, apart from any records we’re required to keep.
• Stop texts anytime by replying STOP.
• Skip the form entirely. Call us and give the details over the phone, and nothing is stored on the website.
• Skip the email. It’s optional on the form.

KIDS

This site is for adults hiring a hauler. We don’t knowingly collect information from anyone under 18. If a minor sent us something, tell us and we’ll delete it.

CHANGES TO THIS POLICY

If we change how we handle your information, we update this page and the effective date at the top. We won’t quietly move the goalposts. This version is effective September 1, 2026.
